Shipping and Returns
Bubble Trouble deliver within the United Kingdom for a flat rate of £3.
We will dispatch your order within 5 working days. It can take 3-7 working days after dispatch for you to receive your order. Please take into account when ordering that public holidays will not be counted as working days.
If you are placing an order of over 15 soap bars please be advised dispatch times may be longer.
If you require goods for a specific date, please contact us and we will try to arrange this for you (there may be a small additional cost for special deliveries).
All UK parcels are sent by first class mail.
Orders can be delivered in the following countries for a flat rate of £5 for orders under 1kg. For orders between 1kg - 5kg delivery costs will be £30. Any orders over 5kg are priced at £50.
All European orders will be delivered via DPD.

We hope that you will be 100% delighted with your purchase. However, should there be any reason that you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your purchase to us for a full refund provided that:
The goods are unused and in their original packaging.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of the date the product was received. To exercise your right to cancel you must inform Bubble Trouble, via letter to 23 Catrail Road, Galashiels, TD1 1NW, by telephone 07745 263948 or by emailing of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercising of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, Bubble Trouble will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Bubble Trouble.)
Bubble Trouble will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
a. 14 days after the day we receive back from the customer any goods supplied, or
b. (if earlier) 14 days after the customer provides evidence that the customer has returned goods, or
c. if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which Bubble Trouble were informed about the decision to cancel this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
When returning your goods, please ensure the package has been securely sealed and has been packed to prevent damage during transit, ideally in the original shipping materials.
Returns will only be granted to the person who originally purchased the product. Refunds will be made by the original payment method (e.g. PayPal)
The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods. We will refund the original postage costs, however we will not pay for the postage of goods being returned. Goods must be returned by tracked mail to: Bubble Trouble, 23 Catrail Road, Galashiels, TD1 1NW.
